Cancellations must be made one week in advance. Please note that the deposit to secure your date is non-refundable.
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (credit cards will add a 3.5% surcharge).
Yes! For events of 100+ guests, we offer complimentary tastings.
For smaller events, tastings are available for a small fee that
can be applied to your final bill. Contact us to schedule!
Full service includes delivery, professional setup, serving
staff for the duration of your event, and complete cleanup and
breakdown. We provide all serving equipment, chafing dishes, and
utensils. You just show up and enjoy!
We typically plan for 1/2 pound of meat per person plus sides.
For heartier eaters or events with fewer side options, we
recommend 3/4 pound. We'll help you determine the right amount
based on your specific event and guest demographics.
